Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. To give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort in order to reach it. My goals were set: I would study at university, land a job in a corporation, marry and buy a home. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out to be. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I began to discover that personal training was my passion. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being with people and help them. In 2014, I established my company which will mark my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate others to lead a healthy and fulfilled life through creating viable lifestyles that are suited to every person's individual needs and desires. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they can reach their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life to date- the passing of my mom. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and always remember her in my mind and in my heart. There is a lot we can learn from the world, even if it may be difficult to spot it in the moment. The unexpected death that shaped me for the better. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to experience living a full and fulfilling life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also for me to have my second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It's like that I'm living my life, instead of just being. When I share my experience I hope my thoughts will resonate with those of yours. I hope to help you realize that you're not alone. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. It is my prayer that you live life to your best and never have regrets about the final hours of your life. Death is our only certainty in life.
