Her appearance was on 2 episodes on the Showtime series Weeds which starred Mary Louise Parker. Her most well-known role is her performance as Judy Kramer from the 2005 Fox TV series Point Pleasant and Marcy Brender from the Dawson's creek series. She was Marina Cooper for three years in Guiding Light the role which won her the 2003 Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for Best Newcomer. From 2007 to 2008 Dollar was a character on Cindy Thomas on the ABC television series Women's Murder Club. Dollar played the role of Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show wasn't renewed.
